1. Delivering the monthly objectives in volume, NSV, and distribution for the territory.
2. Lead portfolio distribution & activation in key Luxury accounts by building an engaging relationship with the top Hotels, Restaurants and clubs.
3. One-on-one relationship management with corporate leadership at hotels chains & select Regional Hotel General Managers/F&B directors
4. Facilitate The Blend Engagement sessions for Bar Staff and other key members of the hotels
5. Responsible for designing and implementing distribution plans to drive the availability of the recommended assortment at the right set of accounts.
6. Engage with key customers in the region to align top commercial priorities and joint business opportunities.
7. Ensure receivables are within the agreed company policies and regular Credit Controls are implemented to protect the payment days received in time.
