About the Role

Go-To-Market (GTM) Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach:

    Identify potential clients, partners, and collaborators. Develop structured outreach lists and coordinate communication campaigns across platforms.
  • Market Intelligence & Entity Mapping:

    Maintain a database of key organizations and stakeholders in target markets. Map relationships to support GTM segmentation and targeting.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:

    Work with marketing, partnerships, and research teams to align outreach activities with broader campaign objectives.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:

    Create dashboards and reports tracking outreach impact, engagement metrics, and platform effectiveness to refine future GTM strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree
  • Proven experience in GTM strategy, business development, or sales within B2B SaaS
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to build GTM strategies
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
