Role Description

The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in driving revenue and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, coordinating with other departments, and preparing sales reports. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Agra.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and excellent relationship management skills
• Proficiency in market research and developing sales strategies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to prepare and analyze sales reports
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry and IHG brand standards is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
