Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Assistant Manager, who is a natural go-getter, self-motivated, and takes full ownership of their work and decisions.
Identify potential clients through market research, online platforms, trade portals, international networks, and existing databases.
Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs and Convert leads into long-term business accounts.
Assist in identifying and contacting potential international clients to increase sales, expand into new countries and increase customer Distributor network.
Build and manage long-term relationships with key international Customers and distributors.
Reach out to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, calls, and virtual meetings.
Present products/services to international customers and handle negotiations.
Provide after-sales support, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities..
