About OYO & Weddingz:

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with all incoming customer leads through the calling app (average 50+ calls/day) and maximize lead conversion to achieve sales targets and profitability
  
• Manage revenue flow through strong customer and venue relationships and execution of marketing offers
  
• Drive revenue generation & collection across assigned venues and packages
  
• Ensure smooth operations at venues through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  
• Supervise event execution for a seamless customer experience
  
• Handle signing of sales bookings and contracts on behalf of the company
  
• Identify and negotiate vendor rates and approve vendor contracts as per central guidelines
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C / inside sales
  
• Experience in hospitality / events / hotels preferred, not mandatory
  
• Strong communication skills English + local language
  
• Must have a personal two-wheeler (travel to venues required)
  
• Must have a personal smartphone
  
• Must have a personal laptop
  
• Willingness to travel across assigned venues in the city
  
• Comfortable working 6 days a week (Tuesday–Sunday)
