Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Venue Manager, based in New Delhi. The Venue Manager will oversee daily operations of the venue, coordinate and execute events, and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, supervising staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed. The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to deliver exceptional experiences for clients and guests.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, guests, and team members
• Experience in Venue Management, including overseeing daily operations and logistics
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to monitor and achieve revenue goals
• Event Management experience to successfully plan and execute various events
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to event venues
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
• Relevant educational background or certifications in sports, management is a plus point.
