About Weddingz by OYO

Key Responsibilities :

Connect with incoming customer leads via the calling app (50+ calls daily) and convert leads to achieve sales targets.
Drive profitability and meet business metrics through effective sales strategies.
Manage revenue generation and collections across multiple venues and packages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and venue owners.
Ensure smooth on-ground operations and stakeholder coordination (internal & external).
Oversee event execution to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Sign contracts with customers on behalf of the company.
Identify, negotiate, and optimize vendor partnerships under central team guidance.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C/inside sales.
Prior experience in hospitality/events/weddings is preferred but not mandatory.
Fluent in English and the respective local language.
Willingness to travel to assigned venues (travel reimbursement provided).

Must have:

Smartphone (Android 7+ with call recording; phone reimbursement applicable)
Windows 10 laptop (monthly device allowance provided)
Preferably own conveyance (2-wheeler)
Open to working 6 days a week, including weekends (week-off on Monday)
