Position: MMCEO Sales (National Market) Department: Sales Reporting To: Channel Sales Head Band: 3A–3B Openings: 1 Location: India (Pan-India Travel Required) Role Overview: We are looking for a highly driven and strategic MMCEO – Sales to lead and expand OYO’s offline B2B sales across the national market. This role involves growing business through Indian travel agents, corporates, and channel partners. The ideal candidate is a sales leader with a passion for building teams, delivering results, and scaling revenue through deep market engagement. Key Responsibilities Business Objectives Own and drive offline sales to fill national inventory by activating Indian corporate and partner networks Set clear goals through target planning, forecasting, and market mapping Build strong partnerships with corporates, travel agencies, aggregators, and influencers to maximize revenue Strategize and execute campaigns to stabilize and grow business volumes Conduct regular site visits , ensure partner engagement, and maintain a robust field presence Maintain and review monthly sales trackers , performance dashboards, and funnel health Share insights on market trends, competition, pricing, and customer behavior Stay responsive to change and apply competitive intelligence to enhance performance People & Leadership Objectives Lead and mentor a team of 6+ on-roll employees with a focus on excellence and accountability Hire, train, and coach team members to build a high-performance culture Support team in negotiation, deal closures , and relationship management Enable effective collaboration with internal departments (marketing, pricing, tech, etc.) Conduct performance reviews, RCA sessions , and action planning to drive results Required Skills & Qualities 7–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, travel, or service-led businesses Proven record in corporate onboarding, offline sales, and channel management Strong leadership and people management skills Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and target-driven Data-oriented with solid experience in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting systems Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation capabilities How to Apply: Interested candidates can share their details via: Email: adarsh.anand@oyorooms.com WhatsApp: +91 9608723030 Please mention the following: Updated Resume Total Experience Current & Expected CTC Notice Period
