Major Responsibilities

:
1. Vendor Payment: - Settlement of Bills after verification , managing approvals, report deviations , suggest methods for faster clearance of bills , recording the payments , arranging funds required for clearing the bills. 2. Sales Support: - Provide support to Sales and Customer Services, timely generation of credit/debit notes, managing special sanctions and keeping records . IN ORDER TO assist Sales and Service functions to achieve targeted no. s 3. MIS :- Prepare and submit financial and commercial reports periodically to support the RBU and ABU teams. Make Bank reconciliations, interact with Banks for rectifications. Generate reports required by SBU for HO reporting and various compliances. 4. Statutory Compliance:- Align and implement all processes/activities with prevailing statutes, assist in tax assessments, proper documentation and record maintenance etc. IN ORDER TO ensure compliance to all prevailing statutes and mitigate any risk to operations. 5. Commercial Contracts :- Record the contracts , timelines in an accurate manner; create trigger for timely renewals and coordinate for vendor payments etc. in order to achieve meeting of department and ABU objectives. 6. Operational Excellence :- Timely distribution of Gifts to ABU for promotional activities , Share Budget and spend details , arrange stationary for ABU s, Co-ordinate the Printing requirements of the ABU s .

Skills

:
1. Knowledge of relevant commercial laws and regulations 2. Awareness of sales processes and systems 3. Ability to work in an ERP driven environment 4. Basic accounting knowledge and Commercial Acumen 5. Well versed in MS Office 6. SAP 7. Data Analysis 8. GST Reconciliation
