Roles and Responsibilities Manage dealer sales, distributor sales, channel sales, and dealer handling activities to achieve business targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers (dealers, architects, contractors and distributors ) to drive revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities through effective market research and competitor analysis. Ensure timely collections and credit management Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in building material industry preferably in tiles, sanitary ware and CPVC pipes Strong understanding of channel sales principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective dealer handling and relationship management. Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
