The ideal candidate will lead a sales team, drive B2B sales of IT solutions (firewalls, cybersecurity, backup, etc.), and work closely with internal teams to meet revenue goals. Strong leadership, documentation, and client relationship skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of sales executives Develop and implement B2B sales strategies Monitor performance and ensure target achievement Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution Handle client relationships and address escalations Requirements: Graduation/Post-Graduation (B.Com/M.Com/MBA preferred) Prior experience in IT sales (products/services) Strong MS Office and documentation skills Own smartphone, laptop, vehicle, and internet connection
