About OYO Innov8

Innov8 is OYO’s premium co-working and managed workspace brand. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for running the workspace end-to-end — ensuring smooth operations, delivering exceptional member experience, and supporting revenue growth.

Role Overview

This is a high-ownership, on-ground leadership role. You will manage all operational aspects of the centre, act as the face of Innov8 for member companies, and support sales teams with walk-ins, tours, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Operations – 70% (Primary Focus)

  • Ensure 100% operational readiness of the centre at all times.
  • Oversee facility management, housekeeping, security, IT/infra, pantry, and asset upkeep.
  • Manage vendors, AMCs, consumables, maintenance schedules, and checklists.
  • Conduct daily audits and ensure strict adherence to OYO/Innov8 SOPs.
  • Maintain centre-level P&L discipline—optimise costs and improve efficiencies.
  • Handle escalations and deliver timely resolutions to member companies.
  • Ensure compliance, safety norms, and high-quality standards for workspace aesthetics.

Customer Experience

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all member companies.
  • Drive NPS and overall member satisfaction.
  • Manage smooth onboarding, issue resolution, and community engagement.

Sales – 30% (Support Function)

  • Conduct centre tours for leads and support the sales team in conversions.
  • Maintain accurate occupancy, inventory, and pricing information.
  • Support renewals and coordinate upselling opportunities.
  • Execute local marketing and visibility initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong background in

    operations-heavy roles

    such as:
    • Venue Managers (Weddingz by OYO)
    • OYO RL/SS or other on-ground ops profiles
    • Retail/Facility/Hospitality supervisors
    • Property management or customer-facing ops roles
  • Excellent on-ground execution, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Comfortable with light sales conversations and centre walk-throughs.
  • High ownership mindset, ability to manage high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship abilities.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA optional).
  • 3–7 years of experience in operations, hospitality, retail, facility management, or centre operations.
