Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure strict adherence to US labor laws, EEO guidelines, compliance standards, and employment classification norms (W2, 1099, C2C).
Source candidates via job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Work across EST, CST, MST, and PST time zones to ensure smooth delivery for multiple clients.
Conduct resume screening, technical interviews, and fitment assessments.
Negotiate compensation and close offers with candidates and vendors.
Maintain ATS hygiene and ensure timely updates on candidate pipelines.
Collaborate with account managers and delivery leads to meet client SLAs.
Stay updated on visa regulations, market trends, and client expectations.
Maintain strong candidate relationships to support long-term hiring success.

Required Skills:

59 years of experience in US IT staffing with a proven track record of closures.
Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with VMS portals and client submission protocols.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
