Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Jaipur, Dehradun, and Haridwar. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the NBFC/Banking/Any finance industry with relevant HL, Lap, and BL Products.

Roles and Responsibility

Liaise and follow up with external and internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Provide training and coaching to junior sales team members.

Job Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with NBFC/Banking/Any finance industry products.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
Qualification: B.A, B.Com, M.Com.
Key Skills: Business Loan, Home Loans, LAP, Walk-in.
