Assistant Safety Manager

As a PPE Sales & Marketing professional at HSE Integro, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Making cold calls and arranging sales appointments with clients" purchasers or safety officers. - Providing recommendations on suitable safety equipment to clients based on their requirements. - Providing quotations on safety equipment. - Creating sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives. - Forecasting quarterly and annual profits. - Analyzing regional market trends and discovering new opportunities for growth. - Addressing potential problems and suggesting prompt solutions. - Engaging and ultimately owning the relationship of the end-users within the region. - Maintaining daily activity within the customer management database. - Handling client enquiries and complaints promptly. - Maintaining good relationships with clients. - Following up with existing clients to develop relationships. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Tech/B.Sc. degree. - 1+ year of PPE sales experience. - Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Area Manager, or a similar sales role. - Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs). - Excellent communication skills. - Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude. - Availability to travel as needed.,
