Assistant Restaurant Manager

1. Operations Management

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service.
• Supervise staff during shifts, ensuring standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation are met.
• Handle guest reservations, seating, and table management efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

2. Staff Supervision & Training

• Supervise, guide, and motivate restaurant team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate service expectations.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.

3. Guest Service & Experience

• Greet guests warmly and address their needs promptly.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor service quality and maintain a welcoming environment.

4. Financial & Inventory Control

• Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and meeting revenue targets.
• Monitor food and beverage stock levels, place orders, and minimize wastage.
• Assist with daily cash handling and reconciliation.

5. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate between kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments as required.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing promotional activities and special events.

6. Reporting & Administration

• Maintain records of sales, staff schedules, and inventory.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations, sales, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,192.67 - ₹30,000.00 per month
