1.Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant and bar. 2. Supervise service staff and support the team during peak hours. 3. Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality. 4. Monitor cleanliness and hygiene in all restaurant areas. 5. Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally. 6. Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring. 7. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service. 8. Check inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies. 9. Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day tasks. 10. Maintain a positive and energetic work environment.
