Your duties will involve managing staff, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a delightful dining experience for all patrons. Additionally, you will be involved in recruiting and training new team members, as well as supporting the Restaurant Manager in the overall management of the restaurant. To excel in this role, you should possess strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, exceptional communication abilities, and prior experience in Food & Beverage management. You must also demonstrate proficiency in hiring and training staff, exhibit excellent leadership qualities, and have the capability to manage teams effectively. Moreover, you should be comfortable working both independently and in a hybrid work environment.
