Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Specialist located in Siliguri and Kanyam area, The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, performing market research, and supporting sales initiatives. Daily tasks include creating marketing content, analyzing market trends, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with team members to achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development
• Sales skills and a proven track record in supporting sales initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
