Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Associate based in Siliguri, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales and Marketing Associate will engage in daily activities such as developing sales strategies, conducting market research, managing marketing campaigns, delivering excellent customer service, and training clients or team members as required. The role also involves actively building and maintaining client relationships to achieve sales and marketing goals.

• Proven Sales and Sales & Marketing expertise
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members
• Ability to understand hospitality industry trends and client needs
• Dynamic and self-motivated individual with collaborative and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Prior experience in the hospitality sector is an advantage
• Proficiency in using CRM and marketing tools is preferred
