Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Executive based in Siliguri, with the flexibility to work partly from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales through proactive interactions with clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company's range of hospitality services. Key day-to-day tasks include planning and executing marketing strategies, handling customer inquiries, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals.

• Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing strategies and practices; ability to identify and pursue market opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively interact with potential clients and partners.
• Data analysis and market research skills to track trends and generate insights for sales and marketing strategies.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in a sales or marketing role is preferred.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
