Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Assistance Specialist based in Siliguri, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The Marketing Assistance Specialist will also contribute to achieving sales targets and developing effective marketing strategies to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in Market Research, analyzing trends, and gathering data for informed decision-making
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales & Marketing to support engagement and optimize outcomes
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a hybrid work environment
• An analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software
• Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
