Role Description

We are seeking a Hotel Marketing Executive to drive marketing initiatives and contribute to the success of our operations in Siliguri. This is a full-time hybrid role, offering a mix of office-based work and remote flexibility. The responsibilities include conducting market research, creating marketing plans, developing strategies to boost sales, and collaborating with other departments to execute campaigns effectively. The role involves consistent communication with clients and team members to enhance brand visibility and meet business objectives.

• Proficient in Market Planning and developing effective strategies tailored to a dynamic hospitality industry
• Strong skills in Market Research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer needs
• Excellent Communication abilities for client interaction, team collaboration, and campaign communication
• Sales and Marketing expertise to drive promotional initiatives and achieve revenue goals
• Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt in a hybrid workplace and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism industry is a plus
