Job Title: On-Ground/In Person Marketing Executive

Location: Mumbai

Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven On-Ground Marketing Executive to join our marketing team at our iconic 4-star hotel in Mumbai. This role involves executing hotel marketing and advertising campaigns, managing visual assets, coordinating public relations activities, and overseeing the hotel's on-ground presence, including social media content and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hotel Marketing & Advertising

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the hotel’s rooms, F&B outlets, events, and other services.
  • Coordinate on-ground activations, promotional events, and collaborations with local partners or businesses.
  • Work closely with the sales and F&B teams to design offers and drive footfall and bookings.

2. Visual Asset Management

  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all visual communications.
  • Manage photo and video shoots on-site, liaising with photographers/videographers.
  • Maintain and update the digital library of marketing assets (images, videos, creatives).

3. Public Relations & Media Coordination

  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media, influencers, and PR agencies.
  • Support the creation and dissemination of press releases and media kits.
  • Organize media visits, blogger/influencer meetups, and FAM (familiarization) tours.

4. Social Media & Digital Presence

  • Support the content calendar for all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Capture and post live content during events, special occasions, or property highlights.
  • Monitor online engagement, respond to comments/messages, and flag reputation risks.
  • Track trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh and aligned with audience interests.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports on marketing ROI, engagement, and visibility.
  • Coordinate with in-house departments and external vendors/agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
  • Stay informed about local events and tourism trends to leverage relevant marketing opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality marketing, PR, or event execution preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude, creativity, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
