Job Description

Recruitment and Hiring: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Managing the hiring process, from job postings to onboarding. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies. Employee Relations:Addressing employee inquiries and concerns, Resolving conflicts and grievances fairly and consistently, and Ensuring a safe and respectful workplace. 3. Training and Development: Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs. Developing and implementing training materials and programs. Supporting employee skill development and career advancement. Performance Management: Assisting managers in conducting performance reviews and appraisals. Developing and implementing performance improvement plans. Tracking employee performance and productivity. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Managing employee engagement and retention. Ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Staying updated on HR industry trends and best practices.
