Job Description: As an Intern at Inspire Clean Energy, you will assist in end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes tasks such as sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups. You will work closely with candidates and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, update candidate databases, and post job descriptions on multiple platforms. Furthermore, you will play a role in onboarding coordination, provide administrative support to the HR team, and help enhance departmental efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes like sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers. - Create and publish job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms. - Aid in onboarding coordination and document preparation. - Offer administrative assistance to the HR team as needed. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Possess strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Attention to detail and the capacity to maintain confidentiality.
