Simba Sauces is a fast-growing sauce brand delivering bold, high-quality flavors to cafés, restaurants, hotels, and retailers. We are expanding our footprint and looking for driven sales professionals to take our regional presence to the next level.


Role Description

Regional Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.
  • Increase sales volume through existing distributors and identify new distribution partners.
  • Drive penetration of Simba Sauces across retail, HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Café), catering groups, and key accounts.

2. Distributor Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional distributors.
  • Support distributors with product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and demand planning.
  • Track performance and ensure availability, visibility, and timely replenishment of inventory.

3. Key Account Engagement & Closing Deals

  • Visit key accounts regularly to pitch products, conduct tastings, and provide product samples.
  • Identify opportunities for bulk sales and negotiate pricing and long-term supply agreements.
  • Ensure strong product placement and repeat orders through effective follow-ups.

4. Market Coverage & Brand Reach

  • Ensure Simba Sauces achieves

    maximum reach, distribution, and coverage

    across the region.
  • Map potential outlets and actively onboard new cafés, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and convenience stores.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to guide sales strategy.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to support regional activities.
  • Provide insights to management on performance, opportunities, and challenges.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in FMCG/foodservice sales (sauces, condiments, beverages, or similar categories preferred).
  • Strong distributor management and key account handling experience.
  • Ability to negotiate and close large-volume deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with regional travel.
  • Previous sales experience in similar industries or roles is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics
