Assistant Regional Sales Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Regional Sales Manager (ARSM) in the Business Development function at Tally, you will be responsible for preparing the overall operational plan for the region in alignment with the high-level objectives. Being a part of a Customer Centric organization, you will work closely with distributors and channel partners, offering strategic advice to enhance sales and expand the customer base in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Align the regional team and partner network with TSPL's strategies and plan. - Develop the operational plan for the region with input from the regional team, including target breakdown, activity planning, and resource allocation, and obtain agreement from ZH. - Collaborate with distributors, channel partners, and provide strategic guidance on increasing sales and expanding the customer base. - Ensure seamless support across all channels and maintain stock availability at distributor locations. - Monitor and review progress with respective teams regularly, ensuring adherence to quantitative and qualitative measures. - Conduct regular reviews with ZHs, CP Head, Distribution Head, and Govt Sales Head, agreeing upon decisions. - Seek timely guidance from senior leaders on critical decisions to maintain the end results. Qualifications Required: - Experience in building and managing scalable partner programs to drive Tally adoption. - Previous experience in people and process management. - Good understanding of SME business. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in selling, negotiation, coaching, mentoring, and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).,
