Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Regional Sales Manager, located in any of the coastal towns of India. The Assistant Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role will involve collaborating with the sales team, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
• The Candidate should be proficient in Hindi and English
• Experience in developing sales strategies and market analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the marine industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
