Job Description

As an Assistant Regional Sales Manager (ARSM) in the Business Development function, you will be responsible for preparing the overall operational plan for the region in alignment with the high-level objectives set by the organization. Working within this Customer Centric environment, you will collaborate closely with distributors and channel partners to offer strategic guidance on enhancing sales and expanding the customer base within the region. Your role will involve aligning the regional team and partner network with TSPL's strategies and plans. You will be tasked with developing the operational plan for the region with input from the regional team, ensuring agreement on aspects such as Target Breakdown, Activity Planning, and Resourcing with the higher management. Additionally, you will work hand in hand with distributors and channel partners, providing them with guidance on sales growth and customer base expansion. It will be essential to support all channels seamlessly and maintain stock availability at all distributor locations. Furthermore, you will oversee the execution of the regional plan by the team to achieve quantitative results while ensuring adherence to qualitative measures. Regular monitoring and review of progress with respective teams will be crucial, and decisions resulting from these reviews must be implemented effectively. Timely reviews with ZHs/CP Head/Distribution Head/Govt Sales Head are required, with agreed-upon decisions to be executed promptly. In this role, you will be expected to seek guidance from senior leaders on decisions that demand immediate attention to uphold the desired end results. Bringing experience in building and managing scalable partner programs, people and process management, SME business knowledge, and excellent communication and negotiation skills will be valuable assets in contributing to the growth and success of the India Sales function at Tally.,
