Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Regional Sales Manager based in Chennai. The Assistant Regional Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, providing guidance to the sales team, meeting revenue targets, and analyzing market trends to optimize business growth. Qualifications Sales expertise, Client relationship management, and Negotiation skills Proficiency in Market analysis, Business development, and Revenue generation Strong Communication and Presentation skills Team leadership and Collaboration abilities Problem-solving, Strategic thinking, and Decision-making capabilities Experience in the furniture or related industry is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Willingness to engage in business travel within the region as required
