Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to support our product development and management initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist the Product Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring product strategies that align with business goals. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Product Manager in defining product roadmaps, requirements, and priorities.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations) to ensure smooth product development and delivery.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.

Track product performance, gather customer feedback, and suggest enhancements.

Prepare product documentation, presentations, and reports.

Support in product launches, marketing campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.

Monitor timelines, budgets, and progress of product initiatives.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, MS Office, or similar.

Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in [industry-specific domain, e.g., SaaS, E-commerce, FMCG, FinTech, etc.].

Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric design.

Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, etc.).
