Digital Marketing Specialist – PPC & Social Media We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about leveraging digital platforms to drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: PPC Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI. Social Media Strategy & Execution: Create and implement social media marketing strategies, manage content calendars, and engage with audiences on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations to stakeholders. SEO & SEM Integration: Collaborate with SEO teams to align PPC efforts with organic search strategies, ensuring cohesive digital marketing initiatives. Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and multimedia content that resonate with target audiences. Budget Management: Oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation and optimization of resources across campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns and social media marketing. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for staying updated with digital marketing trends. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing credentials. Experience with email marketing platforms and content management systems.
