Assistant Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Synram Software Services Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of FG International GmbH, Germany, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of projects. This includes managing project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals, developing detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, as well as coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. You will track and report on project progress, milestones, and performance metrics, manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, and identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field, with at least 3 years of proven experience in project management. A Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred. Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Trello is required, along with a strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, are essential. You should also be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with budgeting, data analysis, and reporting tools, as well as working knowledge of tools like Slack, Notion, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
