We're Hiring: Assistant Project Manager – PEB Projects

📍 Location: Sonipat, HR

🎓 Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical Engineering

🏗️ Department: Project Management – Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings

📅 Experience: 3–6 years in project/site management (PEB preferred)

🔧 Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

• 🧩 Project Coordination: Support end-to-end project execution from planning to commissioning, ensuring alignment with design and client specifications.
• 📆 Site Planning & Scheduling: Assist in developing project schedules, daily work plans, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
• 🏗️ PEB Erection Oversight: Supervise on-site PEB erection activities, ensuring safety, accuracy, and adherence to technical drawings and quality standards.
• 🤝 Client & Vendor Liaison: Act as a communication bridge between clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project transparency and alignment.
• 📋 Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports, erection logs, material reconciliation reports, and escalate project bottlenecks proactively.
• 🛠️ Technical Support: Provide technical inputs during execution and coordinate with design and fabrication teams for drawings and material approvals.
• 🚧 Safety & Compliance: Ensure site safety practices, quality protocols, and company compliance policies are rigorously followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• 📦 Material & Manpower Management: Assist in managing site inventory, coordinating manpower deployment, and ensuring timely material availability.

Skills & Requirements:

• Sound understanding of PEB systems, drawings, erection sequences, and structural elements
• Experience in handling industrial/commercial steel building projects
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and basic ERP tools
• Excellent team coordination, leadership, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites across India
