Position: Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing (PEB)

highly motivated and technically sound Sales & Marketing professional

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert business opportunities in PEB projects (warehouses, industrial sheds, commercial buildings, etc.)
• Identify new markets and customer segments while maintaining strong relations with existing clients
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to ensure project feasibility and timely delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings
• Participate in industry expos, networking events, and client meetings to promote the brand
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  

Key Requirements

B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

5–6 years of hardcore experience in PEB Sales & Marketing

✅ Strong technical understanding of PEB structures, drawings, costing, and erection methodologies

✅ Excellent communication and client-handling skills

✅ Proactive attitude and strong negotiation ability

✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

✅ Willingness to travel as per project/client requirements
