Assistant Manager Sales Marketing

You will be working at DHE Heaters Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer and exporter of high-quality industrial heating solutions. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - **Client Acquisition & Management:** Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. - **Sales & Negotiation:** Provide product solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve targets. - **Support & After-Sales:** Offer after-sales support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in custom product development. - **Market & Sales Analysis:** Analyse market trends, sales data, and report findings. - **Collaboration & Training:** Work with the sales team, support marketing events, and provide training to enhance team knowledge. - **Marketing Support & Event Representation:** Support the marketing team by attending trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to generate leads and brand awareness. - **Training & Development:** Provide training and produce support materials for the sales team to enhance their technical knowledge and sales skills. To be eligible for this role, you should have: - **Education:** A Bachelor's degree in Engineering Sales or a related field. - **Experience:** 4-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in a technical field. Skills required: - Strong technical understanding and ability to explain complex concepts to clients. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant sales tools. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Soft Skills needed: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Attention to detail and focus on exceptional customer service. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented. - Adaptable to changing environments and client needs. - Fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
