Position: Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager
(Key Account Managers for OEM Customers)Location: Sahajpur, pune Experience: 5-6 YearsIndustry: Automotive / Auto Components / ManufacturingRole Overview:The Marketing Assistant Manager will support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing initiatives, customer communication, and brand-building activities within the automotive manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:- Sales & marketing strategies aligned with automotive OEM and Tier-1/Tier-2 customer requirements.- Work as Key Account Manager for OEM / Aftermarket Customers.- Coordinate with engineering, quality, and production teams for Managing Delivery for Existing Products as well as Development of New Products.- Work Out Marketing Budgets inclusive of Travel Plans, Advertising Material, Subscriptions, Exhibitions, Websites, Marketing Material, Outward Freight, etc.- Work Closely with Customers for New Product Developments.- Act as Single Point Contact for Customers for all concerns.- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, / After Market Customers.- Ensure timely execution of activities.- Prepare management reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.- Be a Part of Cross Functional Teams for Execution of desired results.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering- 5-6 years of experience in preferably in automotive manufacturing / auto-component marketing.- Exposure to OEM-focused marketing and industrial branding preferred.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong coordination and execution skills- Good understanding of automotive terminology- Analytical and reporting skills- Effective communication and teamwork- Attention to detail and process orientation- Knowledge of SAP Preferred.📩 Apply Now:Send your CV to hrdpune@hodekindia.com
