Role Description We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for a full-time hybrid position based in Rajkot, with some remote work flexibility. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for leading technical sales efforts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing expert technical support. The role includes preparing proposals, conducting client presentations, addressing technical inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales Engineering with a strong understanding of technical product specifications and the ability to convey solutions to clients Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, demonstrating the ability to build relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, to effectively negotiate and present technical solutions Experience in providing Technical Support to address customer concerns and ensure product satisfaction Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field Experience in the manufacturing and machinery industry is an advantage Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively Willingness to travel as required to visit clients, conduct fieldwork, and attend industry events
