Assistant Manager Sales Marketing

As a Senior Sales Engineer at Avinya Machinery International Pvt Ltd, operating under the brand ESEMPLAST AVINYA, your role will involve leading technical sales efforts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing expert technical support. You will be responsible for preparing proposals, conducting client presentations, addressing technical inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead technical sales efforts and provide solutions to clients based on product specifications - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional client experience - Prepare proposals, conduct client presentations, and address technical inquiries effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth - Provide technical support to address customer concerns and ensure product satisfaction - Demonstrate proficiency in sales and customer service to effectively negotiate and build relationships - Utilize strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to present technical solutions - Utilize problem-solving skills to work independently or collaboratively as needed - Travel as required to visit clients, conduct fieldwork, and attend industry events Qualifications: - Proven expertise in Sales Engineering with a strong understanding of technical product specifications - Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional client experience - Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, to effectively negotiate and present technical solutions - Experience in providing Technical Support to address customer concerns and ensure product satisfaction - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field - Experience in the manufacturing and machinery industry is an advantage - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively - Willingness to travel as required to visit clients, conduct fieldwork, and attend industry events,
