Assistant Manager Sales Marketing

Role Overview: DHE Heaters Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer and exporter of industrial heating solutions, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in client acquisition, sales, after-sales support, market analysis, and team collaboration to deliver cutting-edge thermal solutions to clients globally. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. - Provide product solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve targets. - Offer after-sales support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in custom product development. - Analyse market trends, sales data, and report findings. - Work with the sales team, support marketing events, and provide training to enhance team knowledge. - Support the marketing team by attending trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to generate leads and brand awareness. - Provide training and produce support materials for the sales team to enhance their technical knowledge and sales skills. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Engineering Sales or a related field. - 4-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in a technical field.
