About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager / Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience in managing cross-functional projects and a strong ability to communicate effectively across departments, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Quality Control (QC). This role requires hands-on experience with Asana (or similar project management tools) to ensure smooth execution of projects, timely delivery, and alignment with business goals.


Key Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of communication between all departments and teams to align priorities and ensure seamless execution.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Assist in product lifecycle management — from ideation and development to launch and post-launch improvements.

• Track progress of projects, identify risks, and proactively provide solutions to keep projects on schedule.

• Support Marketing with technical/product updates to ensure accurate campaigns and messaging.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain for inventory, logistics, and operational requirements.

• Collaborate with Quality Control teams to ensure compliance with product standards and timely resolution of issues.

• Generate project reports and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.


Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in project management (technical or cross-functional focus preferred).

Asana

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with multiple departments.

• Basic understanding of Marketing processes, Supply Chain operations, and Quality Control principles.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Exposure to product lifecycle management in a technical or consumer goods environment.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic setting.
