This position for an Assistant Project Manager in an Interior Designing and Architectural company.
1. Prepare and manage project timelines using Gantt charts to ensure effective planning, tracking, and timely execution of tasks as well as scheduling work planning and payment timelines.
2. Contractor Negotiation & finalization as well as getting their contracts signed
Contractor accountsMaintaining Contractor documents.
3. Material order and logistics: Manage material ordering processes, coordinate with vendors, and oversee timely delivery and logistics to meet project requirements.
4. Work closely with the design team and other specialists like Fire and HVAC consultants to make sure all parts of the project are well-coordinated and run smoothly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
