Assistant Product Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and utilizing communication strategies and tools to effectively reach the target market segments. You will need to identify new opportunities and work closely with the production and supply chain departments to ensure the availability of stocks aligns with billing plans. Additionally, training the sales force on promotional strategies and unique selling points will be a key part of your role. Direct interaction and negotiation with customers through visits, as well as gathering feedback from internal customers and colleagues, will be essential for evaluating the effectiveness of strategies and tools. You will also be required to travel to various locations to oversee the implementation of marketing programs and develop key customer relationships through CRM activities. Your responsibilities will include formulating and executing promotion and marketing strategies, including the design and development of promotional materials in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. Training and development of new team members and providing on-the-job training during fieldwork will also be part of your duties. During fieldwork, you will oversee the execution of marketing strategies, stay updated on competition and clinical trends, and engage with key opinion leaders for scientific communication on product features and benefits. Participation in conferences and ensuring alignment between the head office and sales team on marketing aspects will also be essential for success in this role.,
