Role & responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

Operational Efficiency:

Ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing strategies to meet targets.
Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions.

Team Management and Leadership:

Supervising and coordinating operational staff.
Motivating and developing team members.
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
Addressing and resolving employee issues.

Process Improvement and Compliance:

Implementing and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Identifying and documenting process gaps.

Client Relations:

Maintaining and building strong relationships with clients.
Addressing and resolving client issues in a timely manner.

Reporting and Analysis:

Preparing reports on performance metrics.
Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Other Duties:

Assisting with budget planning and cost control.
Maintaining records and preparing reports.
Participating in recruitment and training of new staff.
Managing scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluate
