Job Description

Preparation and review of a list of tenders and invitations received from Market Research and various other sources.
Updation of tender database management. ISO documentation. Preparation of Proposal checklist, PSD, Technical forms, CVs, etc., for GO Tenders/Opportunities. Preparation of various technical documents and other formats as required for submission of proposals/tenders. Compilation of finalized technical and financial forms in line with RFP and submission through online/ Hard copy submission. Submission of the proposal through an online e-procurement portal for various government clients. Follow up with various departments regarding DD, EMDs, POA, BR, and any other information pertaining to experience or CVs. Preparation of monthly review documents for BD progress. Provide required information related to tenders to senior management as and when required.

Good Communication and fast typing skills. Conversant with government e-procurement website and online submission of documents. 3 to 5 Years of Experience in relevant field.
(Preferable experience in assisting bidding & tendering division for Water Supply & Sanitation/Infrastructure sector).
