We are seeking AWS Glue Professionals with the following qualifications: - 3 or more years of experience in AWS Glue, Redshift, and Python - 3+ years of experience in engineering with expertise in ETL work with cloud databases - Proficiency in data management and data structures, including writing code for data reading, transformation, and storage - Experience in launching spark jobs in client mode and cluster mode, with knowledge of spark job property settings and their impact on performance - Proficiency with source code control systems like Git - Experience in developing ELT/ETL processes for loading data from enterprise-sized RDBMS systems such as Oracle, DB2, MySQL, etc. - Coding proficiency in Python or expertise in high-level languages like Java, C, Scala - Experience in using REST APIs - Expertise in SQL for manipulating database data, familiarity with views, functions, stored procedures, and exception handling - General knowledge of AWS Stack (EC2, S3, EBS), IT Process Compliance, SDLC experience, and formalized change controls - Working in DevOps teams based on Agile principles (e.g., Scrum) - ITIL knowledge, especially in incident, problem, and change management - Proficiency in PySpark for distributed computation - Familiarity with Postgres and ElasticSearch At YASH, you will have the opportunity to build a career in an inclusive team environment. Key Responsibilities: Contract Drafting & Administration: Draft, review, and interpret contract documents as per CPWD and/or FIDIC guidelines. Ensure all contractual obligations are well-defined, documented, and executed in line with project objectives. Manage correspondence related to contract variations, extensions, claims, and notices. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to CPWD manuals, GCC, SCC, and other government guidelines or to FIDIC contract conditions (Red/Yellow/Silver Books). Identify contractual risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure contractual safeguards are in place. Coordinate with legal and procurement teams to ensure regulatory compliance and minimize exposure. Tendering and Bidding Support: Assist in the preparation and review of tender documents in line with CPWD/FIDIC norms. Support bid evaluation and contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Change Orders and Claims Management: Analyze change orders, variations, and scope amendments; assess their impact on project cost and timeline. Prepare and evaluate claims for extensions of time (EOT), cost escalation, and loss of productivity. Liaise with consultants, clients, and contractors to resolve disputes or ambiguities in contract terms. Project Monitoring and Reporting: Track contract performance against key deliverables and milestones. Generate reports on contractual progress, risks, claims, and compliance metrics. Support project teams in contract interpretation and application on site. Dispute Resolution Support: Assist in preparing documentation for arbitration, mediation, or legal proceedings. Maintain records and justifications to support claims or defend against disputes. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, legal advisors, and external consultants to align contractual activities. Communicate effectively with government bodies, international agencies, and regulatory authorities when required. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related discipline. Experience: 5+ years in contract management for infrastructure or public sector projects using CPWD and/or FIDIC contract formats. Certifications (Preferred): FIDIC Contract Management Certification CPWD Works Procedure / Contracts training RICS / PMP or similar project/construction contract certifications Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of CPWD Works Manual, GCC, SCC, and government tendering procedures. Hands-on experience with FIDIC contract formats (Red, Yellow, Silver Books). Strong understanding of legal and commercial aspects of contracts. Good negotiation, communication, and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, contract management tools, and project management software. Ability to interpret complex contract clauses and apply them practically.

Key Responsibilities: SAP MM Functional Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP MM functional specifications. Configure SAP MM module for procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes. Design and implement end-to-end solutions for P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes. Work on integration points with other SAP modules (SD, PP, EWM, FI, etc.). Handle master data management, pricing procedures, purchase orders, inventory movements, and invoice verification. Provide support for SAP MM-related issues and enhancements. Strong knowledge in Scheduling Agreements and release Storng knowledge in PR / PO Approval strategies and enhancements. ARIBA Supply Chain Collaboration Responsibilities: Support and manage Ariba SCC solutions including supplier collaboration for order, forecast, inventory visibility, and ASN. Onboard and support supplier enablement and integration through Ariba Network. Work with suppliers and business users to ensure optimal usage of ARIBA SCC functionalities. Configure SCC to integrate with backend SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems. Monitor transaction flows between SAP and Ariba for PO, confirmation, ASN, and GR. --- Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in SAP MM in the Ops Support & Enhancements 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration. Strong knowledge of SAP MM configuration, purchasing documents, release strategy, MRP, inventory management, etc. Expertise in Ariba Network and integration with SAP (CI9/CI10, CIG). Familiarity with integration tools like SAP PI/PO, CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway), or middleware. Experience in supplier enablement, catalog management, and transactional document flows. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. --- Preferred Qualifications: SAP Ariba certification in Supply Chain Collaboration or Buying and Invoicing. Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project management methodologies. Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive, or Pharma--- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
