Responsible for achieving business targets.
Ensure business development with both direct and channel partners (IECCC) customers.
Signing of all offers, Follow commercial policy and margin guidelines; seek approval of Business Heads(BH) in the case of any deviations.Follow system to ensure expenses are linked with returns booking and collections.Ensure staff expense sheets are checked and approved on a monthly basis backed by supporting docs - DRS, Customer visit reports etc., Prepare weekly customer/date/engineer wise collection plan for the branch and circulate to all engineers for collection. Daily review with Engineers work out contingency plan in the event of shortfalls (Ensure collection of payments and outstanding.Involvement in commercial activity Pending order review / Monthly projections. Service Engineers FSR analysis.Meet customers to collect specific accounts.Have separate branch target for realization of current month billing. Maximise advance payments.Allocate specific targets for CRO/SCOs.Close monitoring of operation expenses. Strictly follow travel policy.Train & groom the Team.
