Job Title :India Sales Director /Business Development director

Experience: 18+ years

Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Engage with CXO leadership to build long-term relationships and identify opportunities ahead of formal bidding processes.
Solution Positioning:
Present our industry solutions and services from an entrepreneurial and holistic perspective, addressing client business challenges with innovative ideas.
Opportunity Analysis:
Analyze customer requirements (Proactive pitch, RFI, RFP) and propose the best-fit, innovative solutions tailored to meet their needs.
Strategic Buy-In:
Build a compelling case for action and secure buy-in from executive sponsors to align mission, vision, strategy, and objectives.
Account Growth:
Continuously mine accounts for additional opportunities across service lines, ensuring growth and customer satisfaction.
Proposal Development & Pre-sales:
Participate in proposal development, pre-sales pitches, and the articulation of high-quality proposals with a strong value proposition, industry insights, and best practices.
Pitch & Negotiations:
Actively participate in pitch presentations, contract negotiations, and closures as required.
Partner Coordination:
Collaborate with external partners and boutique firms to define and leverage solutions that meet client needs.
Market Positioning:
Position the unit and its services in the market through engagements with analysts, business partners, product vendors, and participation in industry events and seminars.
