Periodically revisit existing processes and provide inputs for refinement as necessary;

Ensure BMS Document Control and Distribution in accordance with established SOPs and processes;

Ensure to have effective implementation of BMS processes;

Preparation of Strategic Marketing Plan
Implement
Assess Business risk/opportunities and ensure preparation of Risk Mitigation Plan/Opportunity Leveraging Plan (as appropriate);
Implement
Monitor BMS Process performance on monthly basis and submit to reporting authority;
Implement
Identify improvement areas based on the Monthly Performance Data;
Implement
Communication, coordination, negotiation with Internal/External Customers and Management;
Coordinate
Develop awareness of Companys Business Policy and Objectives;
Implement
Carry our Risk Assessment exercise at least once a year.

Promote process awareness among the team and encourage adoption of Process approach and risk based thinking.

Achieve the P & L of the Company in terms of the Gross Margin Targets set for the FY

Contract negotiations, closures and timely renewals

Ensure Contract review in accordance with the established Process to minimize NPA Customers.
