Dear Candidate,

Key Role of the Position

Responsible for development and execution of Strategic Marketing Plan through customer segmentation, lead generation & handling enquiries through planning, team synchronization, negotiation & contract review to achieve strategic objectives of Revenue growth in the allocated region, in time-bound manner.

This is achieved through effective implementation of relevant BMS processes.

a)

Periodically revisit existing processes and provide inputs for refinement as necessary;

Ensure BMS Document Control and Distribution in accordance with established SOPs and processes;

c)

Ensure to have effective implementation of BMS processes;

d)

Preparation of Strategic Marketing Plan

Implement

e)

Assess Business risk/opportunities and ensure preparation of Risk Mitigation Plan/Opportunity Leveraging Plan (as appropriate);

f)

Monitor BMS Process performance on monthly basis and submit to reporting authority;

g)

Identify improvement areas based on the Monthly Performance Data;

Implement

h)

Communication, coordination, negotiation with Internal/External Customers and Management;

i)

Develop awareness of Companys Business Policy and Objectives;

j)

Carry our Risk Assessment exercise at least once a year.

Achievement of Business objectives of revenue growth and gross margin (EBIDTA) through effective implementation of BMS and Strategic Marketing Plan;

a)

Promote process awareness among the team and encourage adoption of Process approach and risk based thinking.

Achieve the P & L of the Company in terms of the Gross Margin Targets set for the FY

Contract negotiations, closures and timely renewals

d)

Ensure Contract review in accordance with the established Process to minimize NPA Customers.

Submit performance data to President Business Development and give presentation on the way forward.

Coordination, Communication and Follow up with relevant stakeholders.

To keep updated on various products & services being provided by group companies and get upraised on subsequent developments.
